  • Compared Web Page vs Frappe Page vs Dashboard doctype; manager chose Frappe Page, built locally only
  • Reviewed local bench ~/slfpl-prodn / site slfpl.local: Frappe 15.103.2, developer mode on, slcpl_erpnext_app installed (ZIP copy, no Git remote)
  • Checked local data: Project fields used by the dashboard exist; 5,363 GP-locked FTWZ projects (Apr–Aug 2026); no GP server scripts or GP role locally; server scripts not enabled
  • Compared SLCPL site apps with the local bench (compatible; erpnext_org_structure missing locally)
  • Clarified data choice with manager: use FTWZ data
  • Wrote the step-by-step build plan (subtasks below)
