# Frappe, AWS, and Gen AI Learning & Skill Development
## Summary
Complete structured learning on Frappe, AWS, and Generative AI to enhance technical expertise and support current and future project requirements.
## Description
Allocate dedicated time to learn and gain hands-on experience with:
- **Frappe Framework** – Application development, customization, and deployment.
- **AWS** – Core cloud services, deployment, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring.
- **Generative AI** – Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and application integration.
The objective is to build practical knowledge by completing learning modules, implementing proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, and documenting key learnings.
## Objectives
- Learn the fundamentals and advanced concepts of the Frappe Framework.
- Gain hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Understand Generative AI concepts and modern AI application development.
- Build small proof-of-concept applications for each technology.
- Document learnings and share knowledge with the team.
## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Complete the planned learning modules for Frappe, AWS, and Generative AI.
- [ ] Develop at least one PoC or demo application for each technology.
- [ ] Create documentation summarizing key concepts and implementation steps.
- [ ] Conduct a knowledge-sharing session or demonstrate the completed work.
