# Wizard phase consolidation and read-only Returnable

> The wizard goes from seven pre-creation steps to five, and Returnable follows the DC Type and cannot be edited.

## 1. Summary
Rework requested on 16 Sep: merge phases 2 and 3 (Header & Party with Dispatch From) into one page, merge phases 5 and 6 (Movement Details with Dispatch Details) into one page, and make the Returnable checkbox read-only. The wizard now has five pre-creation steps (Start, Header & Party, Items, Movement Details, Review). Dispatch Details appear only for Outward documents. Returnable always comes from the DC Type's `is_returnable_default`. Edit links, review cards and step labels were updated. The work is in the working tree and not committed.

## 4. Logic & Workflow
1. Header & Party holds Company, Party, Consignee and Dispatch From on one page. Dispatch From follows Company and Company Address until edited.
2. Movement Details holds purpose, Returnable (read-only), return date, Rule 55 text, Dispatch Details (Outward only) and additional details.
3. Review shows merged cards, and Edit links return to Review.
4. Later fixes from testing: the Estimated Return Date visibility waits for the Returnable value, and company and party handlers use the record ID so pre-filled addresses are not blanked.
